PERSONALISATION

* If you have placed an order that includes personalisation, please put the details in the 'note to seller' box at the time of ordering.  Please double check the details are correct, as we will use the information provided even if it appears incorrect.

PLACING AN ORDER

* Please note that credit and debit card customers do NOT need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal.  Once you are on the Paypal payment page, scroll down and select the option to pay with a credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account.

* Please ensure that your Paypal address is correct at the time of ordering as we will send your order items to the address registered with Paypal. We will not be held responsible for incorrect information.

DELIVERY

* Please allow up to 21 days for delivery, longer during busy periods.  However I do aim to send items within a week, so if you need an item with a quick turnaround please contact me prior to ordering and I will let you know if I can manage your timescale.

* All of my items are sent via either a Royal Mail or myhermes tracked signed for service or for smaller items, proof of postage is obtained.

*  We do offer international delivery on certain items, however please note that you will be liable for any customs taxes or fees.  We will not accept a return on the basis of having to pay unexpected customs charges.

RETURNS

* We hope that you are over the moon with your items, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied please let us know via email ([email protected]) within 24 hours of delivery.  We will then arrange for you to return the item within 5 working days and upon receiving the item in it's original condition, we will issue you with a refund.  Postage costs are non-refundable.

* If for any reason an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a full refund or replacement upon the return of the damaged item.

*Personalised items are non-refundable, unless a mistake has been made by ourselves, in which case we will issue an immediate replacement.

PACKAGING & GIFTS

* Small items are beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and string. My bespoke boxes are generally wrapped in bubble wrap, but can be gift wrapped for a small fee (please contact me before ordering if you would like your box to be gift wrapped.)

* If the item is a gift, we will happily enclose a gift tag with a message and send to the recipient on your behalf.  Details must be included in the 'note to seller' box at the time of ordering.
